HHP is pleased to announce that Alex Hofmann has joined the firm as a Managing Partner based in Frankfurt where he will provide highest level of corporate finance advice to HHP’s clients.
Alex has more than 27 years of experience in Global investment banking, having spent the last 15 years at Jefferies where most recently he was Head of D/A/CH Investment Banking and Chairman of the Managing Board for Continental Europe. Prior to joining Jefferies, Alex spent 12 years at Credit Suisse First Boston where he was Head of European Technology M&A.
